McDonald's

This McDonalds is absolutely terrible!!!!! Customer service is disgusting. They mixed in Dr Pepper and sweet tea TOGETHER for our drinks. DO NOT waste your time or your money here. ALSO only gave my husband his drink half way full. We asked the drive thru lady to fill it up more and she just looked at us like we were the crazy ones.

Terrible food safety practices, and very disorganized. The manager keeps walking to cash register using it and touching her headset and face then walking over to serve fries and open the to go bags and place food in it without washing her hands. My burger came to me with mustard all over the wrapping even though i order it plain so i can only imagine how messy the line is when they weren't that busy.

Stopped here as we passed through blackwell while travelling. Slow for fast food. Seemed unorganized in the back and unprofessional upfront, one employee was asleep in a booth in the middle of the store. Food was good as always though.

I have been to this McDonalds location multiple times. Every time I have been there, they are super low and I have to wait forever to get my order taken, let alone filled. Today my family stopped in, there was one car in front of us. We sat and sat. Our order was never taken. The cars behind us all left. We continued waiting a few more minutes -- nothing. Not even a "We'll be right with you." This has to be the absolute worst McDonalds ever!! Save your time, go across the road to Braums!! Zero stars!!

Two people in the store. Two cars in drive thru. Lots of staff. Young guy that took my order said he was very tired. We did take out. Our order was made wrong. One sandwich had a torn bun (fell apart) and the hash browns were so greasy they were inedible. But. They mailed the orange juice.
