Judy, Was an excellent representative of liberty tax services. Unlike every other company I've called today she was willing to take the time to help me get the information I needed from the IRS to be able to file my taxes independently again. Thank you Judy!

I came in very optimistic about Bixby liberty tax because I personally knew Tammi through mutual friends. However, I have had such a horrible experience that I have to share to hopefully save people for having to go through what I went through. First of all- when I went in and filed my taxes with them it was quick, everything seemed great. However they promised 50 dollars cash with filing which they stated they didn't have at the time- and that I would receive it when they went to the bank for change.... I never recieved that money. Also- I filed in Feburary and recieved my refund in May due to an error that was made on their part involving listing that I had health insurance correctly. This is why I payed them over $200 for my return, because They are supposed to be professionals who are payed to not make huge mistakes. I was very frusturated- and what made it worse was when they finally fixed it and mailed me my return in May they STILL didn't even include the $50 cash they have advertised.. I was just glad it was over so I left it alone. However- now it is late July, I just received a large bill from the IRS stating that due to changes made by my preparer to my return( changes they made involving the healthcare) that I owe all this money. Unfortunately- I didn't plan for this as generally when you PAY SOMEONE to do your taxes they do it correctly and avoid costly mistakes. So I am left here absolutely frustrated AND I have called the office countless times to discuss it with them and they don't answer-The machine is always full and I have tried at all hours all times to no avail. Very unprofessional. I am living out of state or I would personally go in. So in short- Tammi if you read this you might consider returning customers calls and handling your business better as this is unbelievable and awful. Wow.Please do not give Liberty Tax Bixby your buisness, as you will find they do not know what they are doing and do not follow through with these " money rewards". It is unbelievable and I will be trying to seek a corporate number to discuss with them this "business" as well as alert Better Buisness about this. Very disappointing.

Tammy hung up in me after asking about the $50 I was told I would get for filling with liberty this office is very unprofessional last year it took forever to get my taxes back because she tried to let her incompetent son do taxes after not completing a tax course I will never go to the liberty again she needs to close down and do something else for a living
