        SC is upfront, honest, does her homework and takes all the stress out of selling a property. I KNOW I can trust her to have my best interests at heart! I didnt have to worry about a thing, she had me chuckling through the entire process, and she sold my property in 20 minutes! I still cant believe it!

        Completely unprofessional refused to show property which was a trailer for 185,000! unless we were pre approved to buy said trailer our house now that we own out right is more then 400,000 and we have 11 more properties was so rude over the phone I would pick a better agent to sell your house for you

      Reviewer was not pre approved and does not own property as stated. A good and experienced agent guides and educates people on how the process of buying real estate works. This person was properly advised and was referred to a lender for the first step to take which only take a few minutes. This step is one of the most important. It determines how much you can afford, an estimate of how much money you'll need to bring to the closing table and what your estimated monthly payment will be. This also allows the agent to find out the loan type so that they can find the right properties that qualify for this type of loan. It is unfortunate that the lender advised me that they did not complete the application to get started after speaking with him about a week ago. It should be known that many sellers do require only qualified buyers to enter onto their property for security purposes and other reasons, which is the case with this one. I offered to contact the seller and see if they would be ok with me showing anyway, and I was more than happy to be of service this way. The caller on this decided not to see the property.
