It's Just Wings

I used to order from them all the time, and my wings came with a box of to go curly Fry's. That box has always been the same size as the wings box. Today when I ordered my average order of 24 wings for my wife, kid, and I it's came with a tiny box of straight cut Fry's. It was almost enough Fry's for my two year old. Good thing they just put in a buffalo wild wings next door... P.s. I called to verify this was a change in standards, and that it wasn't a one time mistake.

I ordered the bone in honey sirracha wings and my roommate ordered the boneless Apple BBQ wings. The boneless ones were dried out not sauced. The sirracha ones were barely sauced, smaller than usual and tasted like they were sitting for awhile. Its sad because we used to love Just wings because they had lots sauce and were big wings. Because of our experiences have been very inconsistent for multiple orders we probably won't ordering from you all again. When we reported our wrong order in the pass they gave us gift cards we can't even use online. They are in-store coupons from Chili's. We called to use the gift cards there was an automated message that told me I had to order on line. I wish that they would put themselves in the customers shoes. Would I want to eat this? Is this good enough to serve? Is this consistent with what we say we offer? If any of the answers are no. Don't send it out. Hopefully other peoples experiences at Just wings are better than ours. Hopefully this review will help you all pay more attention to what you are serving your customers.
