We had a serious blockage in our shower drain. Since our Grandson works nights as a welder, he needs showers at 4:30 every morning. Even though there was an unusually high number of work orders, Ronnie and Steven worked for over an hour to unclog the drain. We are most grateful for their dedication and hard work for us. They are truly exceptional.

During my relocation search, I came across Encore Memorial. Not only is the property beautiful and immaculately maintained, but the management team was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly/ helpful. I highly recommend Encore to anyone looking for a welcoming new home!

My experience thus far has been fantastic! I moved across the country to Tulsa and toured another place before deciding on Encore Memorial. The difference was the extra space on the balcony, thoughtful layout, and the stellar treatment by the Office Staff! JD helped me through the process and was extremely communicative and professional.
The new Maintenance Staff is incredible, each are friendly, professional, and communicative. Donny came to install blinds and noticed I had a humidifier, he put the cover on it and moved it away from the window where he needed to drill, this was a detail that was above and beyond and showed how much care he he takes in his work. Stephen came for fixing the drawers in my kitchen. He thoughtfully assessed the two and put them back in way that had better flow. It was so appreciated and I was amazed once again in thought put into the work. The grounds have shined under Blane and he is always cheerful and friendly. I have watched him help tenants with packages. He takes the time to move things in breezeways before power washing. Again, the level of care and thoughtfulness of this team is exceptional! The office team is wonderful. They have taken the time to host community meetings seeking opinions on improvements and get togethersin the fall there was chili cook off! Brielle, JD and Dustin are exceptionally friendly, caring, professional and communicative! From office to maintenance, you will not find a better team!
