I had a bad stench coming from my air duct in the laundry room. I called Stan's on a whim and they advised me that I had a leak from my washer that was going into my air duct line. A tech was sent and they gave me a quote. After using their leak detector, pulling up my tile and jack hammering the floor leaving a hole of approximately 3' wide and 3' deep. I came home to find this project not secured for safety. I had to find my own wood to cover it. When they returned come to find out that wasn't were the leak was and they had to charge for additional work. The tech called and the bill shot to $6,000! I was in dire need so I okayed it. After wasting the day trying to find the actual leak and drilling two more holes I was given a number to someone who specializes in locating these which was $200. Stan's wasn't even close the leak was from my sink line leaking in the dirt under the concrete causing it to stagnate. After digging a '10 trench and replacing the line the tech made the mistake of mixing concrete with rocks in it instead of mortar. And filled it to the top leaving stones above the grade of the floor. I call the office and spoke to the person in charge who very rude informing me of the steps of the job. A job that should have been completed turned into them coming back out to jack hammer the trench below the level so i could finish the job myself. The supervisor was unprofessional. The tech wasn't a professional nor as knowledgeable as he should have been. This was when COVID was really bad and he started to use my kitchen sink to wash his hands! The kindest and most understanding person was the receptionist. BEWARE! In my own opinion I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere first before using this business. I was very disappointed.

Hit the cable lines twice and knocked out over 500 homes. Left job site messy. I have a huge mud pile and branches left all over my yard. I wouldnt let these fools change a flapper. Find another company.

I am agreeing with a lot of other comments on her we have used them a couple of times and my wife ever time she called them said the lady who answered the phone was very rude and we both feel they were unprofessional, first time they came out to look at a leak , well the man didn't wanna look under the house , so they had to send another person out and that was not until next week, the first guy that cNe out seamed like he did everything he could not to have to go under and look for a leak, even cut a hole in the back of our closet, um the next week someone came out they were very kind looked under the house and were still not sure were it was , told us we need to call help services, this was in December I believe, fast forward to now July and they sent out a statement, over $100 my wife tried to call them , she got hung up on, my wife said they were rude about it and she went ahead and paid it but she told them we will never be using their service again because the unprofessionalism. we actually had someone come out and find the leak and fix it cheeper I would recommend using another plumbing service thank you God bless have a great day.

Kevin did an amazing job with fixing my issues in the home and was very professional as well as polite. It took a few different companies coming out before him and he was the only one who had answers and actually found and stopped the leaking. Thanks Kevin youre appreciated.
