I am agreeing with a lot of other comments on her we have used them a couple of times and my wife ever time she called them said the lady who answered the phone was very rude and we both feel they were unprofessional,
first time they came out to look at a leak , well the man didn't wanna look under the house , so they had to send another person out and that was not until next week, the first guy that cNe out seamed like he did everything he could not to have to go under and look for a leak, even cut a hole in the back of our closet, um the next week someone came out they were very kind looked under the house and were still not sure were it was , told us we need to call help services, this was in December I believe, fast forward to now July and they sent out a statement, over $100 my wife tried to call them , she got hung up on, my wife said they were rude about it and she went ahead and paid it but she told them we will never be using their service again because the unprofessionalism.
we actually had someone come out and find the leak and fix it cheeper I would recommend using another plumbing service thank you God bless have a great day.

Kevin did an amazing job with fixing my issues in the home and was very professional as well as polite. It took a few different companies coming out before him and he was the only one who had answers and actually found and stopped the leaking. Thanks Kevin youre appreciated.

I was unable to be home while they came out, but the technician was very unfriendly and belittling to my wife. I told them to bring a snake for my main line, and they showed up without one. Still got charged for the service call while they tried to schedule me again for the next week with a snake. I wouldnt recommend them.

We had a water pipeline break in our home in the master bed and bath. Our insurance company referred us to Stana Plumbing
and we paid this company to do some emergency repairs. Afterwards, we were doing repairs from the damage and we decided to do some remodeling. So we advised Stans plumbing to be the company we would call to finish up the plumbing upon the time our contractor was ready for the plumber to come back in and finish up the plumbing aspect.
I called Stans plumbing first thing this morning and Ray answered the phone. I was explaining the reason for my call and that we would like them to come out this afternoon to finish the plumbing details.
Ray, who informed me that HE was the owner and HE did not go on house calls. He said, I have 5-6 guys out there doing service calls.
He was so proud of himself. I wanted to say, Well, arent YOU the big dawg, the big man on campus! I guess he thought I would be really impressed. I was not.
So we proceeded our conversation, and there were times when he was cutting out. I couldnt really hear what he was saying. When I asked him a question to clarify, he started talking down to me. (mind you, I have a Masters Degree)
Afterwards. Ray barked, We cant get out there until Tuesday! I asked myself, Is THIS the way this company talks to their PAYING customers?
I have also had similar conversations with Jolene who sometimes answers the phones. She is not polite, professional, or kind and compassionate. She is like a grizzly woman who thinks the caller
(again, paying customers) is infiltrating on HER time. It is simply amazing.
I have owned a number of businesses and I KNOW paying customers should not be talked to or treated the way Ray and Jolene treat people.
So, in conclusion, I advise everyone to contact another plumbing service who will treat you with respect. There is PLENTY of competition out there who may understand that paying customers are the backbone of your business, NO MATTER how big you THINK YOU ARE.
I cancelled my appointment today with this company because I found another company who treated me with respect. I am also going to call my insurance agent and company to take these incorrigible people and company off their vendor list.
