Shoe Dept. Encore

Went in there yesterday with a friend, he was looking for work shoes. Not once did anyone great us or ask if we needed any help. Made the mistake of making eye contact with one of the employees ( pretty sure she's a manager), pretty much scowled at us. Also yelling back and forth with another employee, arguing about who put something wherever. Overall awful experience. Did not make a purchase. Dunhams had what we needed. Good job girl. Way to run off customers. Sure your boss or bosses are proud. She needs to be fired.

Good experience. The cashier willingly went to walk and help my friend find the shoe type he wanted. He wanted slip on shoes. She knew the brands in the store and where all the slip ons were. He gets shoe shopping anxious bcos stores typically don't have his size or want to help him find what he needs. But we got assistance and extremely helpful to us and everyone who came in. He found the kind he wanted ASAP. But glad that we found a place where someone was willing to help and no judgment/rude remarks when he ended up finding the ones he wanted quickly . Also store has a lot of options. I was able to find a style of sandal that would work for...well ..work.

Lots of shoes to choose from at reasonable prices. They get new stuff in all the time and are constantly marking prices down. I've seen prices as low as $4.97 in the clearance section. The staff are all friendly and helpful. If you can't find something in the right size, they can order it for you. The place is very clean and well-organized.
