Remi's Arcade and Bistro - Bartlesville, OK Wine/Whiskey Pairing Original Score full review score 53/60 A gorgeous goat cheese salad paired with... whiskey? Also wine? Well, yes, we can understand the wine, but whiskey? The audacity. That is until your taste buds are rewarded with a visually stunning salad where each bite features initial notes of a vibrant vinaigrette, followed by tangy, creamy goat cheese, and sweet, beautiful end notes of blackberry. This combination is then enhanced with a special whiskey and wine that complement the dish perfectly. While we're on the topic, let's not forget to mention how delicious the burgers are. When was the last time you had a burger coat your palate with such unctuous, pronounced flavors of beef? This burger is simply delectable, especially when paired with Remis sweet potato fries. Hilary Kamplain is working some magic in Bartlesville, expertly pairing goat cheese and flowers with whisky and somehow making it work!

We were traveling through and stopped in on Thursday 4/4/2024 for lunch and to play pinball. The facility is very nice both inside and out. Very clean and professional. The food was excellent. We were there about 12:30 and while there were some customers it was not all that busy. Unfortunately our waitress was a bit disappointing. She told us to pick a table and then seemed to forget us. Finally another lady asked if we had been waited on, I replied no and apparently she sent the waitress over. We ordered the Nachos, when they were delivered to the table we were playing pinball. Had to find the waitress to get napkins and silverware. Never saw her again until we wanted the check. The pinball machines were in great shape but the volumes were so low you could not hear the callouts. I assume they have them set low due to the restaurant business but with todays tables you really need to be able to hear the callouts. All the pinball machines were $1. We did not play any of the arcade games but they appeared to be in great condition. If we were to be back in Bartlesville we might stop in again. The food and atmosphere were both really good.
