        On 3/21 we went to the CVS in Bartlesville Oklahoma and we had our prescription transferred to CVS hoping for better experience in the window. Tenant took our phone and walked off with it and had it for well over five minutes or so left us not knowing what they were doing with our phone just to return and shut the window and takeoff for another 4 to 5 minutes all while theyre laughing and joking and carrying on while we waited and theres a line of cars behind me not once did they ask if we had any questions for the pharmacist about the medication its was a really bad experience. It took way longer than it should have.

        Spent 10 minutes trying to get a human on the phone. Called Walgreens and got someone immediately. Guess whos getting my money?
