Josh was a fabulous realtor! He did amazing at accommodating my schedule for listing, setting up photos etc and we were under contract less than a week after listing my house! He stayed in constant communication after that and kept me in the loop on all the steps of the process until my closing date. You wont regret having him sell your house for you!!!

For first time home buyers who knew nothing about the process, Josh did an amazing job walking us through the whole thing. He would answer our random questions without hesitation, and was always a text and phone call away. He made this whole process less stressful and was always accommodating to our request. If you need someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and cares about his clients then he would be the best choice as a realtor.
