        Last Saturday I was rushing as I placed my order for a holster from Leather Our Way. Later in the day I realized that I had ordered the wrong holster so I left a message with the company asking if I could change the order. Shortly John called me and said he had already begun work on the order but would be happy to change the it to what I wanted....with no charge, argument or even the insinuation I was a dummy for messing up. Today is Thursday, six days later, and I received the holster I wanted. It is extremely well made, of high quality and delivered in a timely manner...all for a very fair price. Overall my experience with Leather Our Way has been exceptional. They are clearly Customer focused, offering a great product at a great price in a very friendly manner. Thanks John...!
