Exceptionally unprofessional. As an insured, they will not communicate with you directlythey will only discuss your policy with your agent/broker directly. They never answer their phones, are slow to respond via email, operate under a defensive "the customer is always wrong" tone. They demonstrate very little respect for the needs and time of both their insured clients and their agent/brokers. Additionally, they do not renew policies automatically, nor to they provide notice of this or court clients with an offer of renewal. Your policy will lapse without notice. It's staggering that in an industry without an actualized product that relies heavily upon human connection, customer service, and networking this company treats their patrons so poorly.
