        Do not stay here. There are controlled burns in the area. My room is now full of smoke. I have called the desk twice and they are not doing anything at all. No fan, no room change, no help moving to another hotel, no refund. Nothing. Never again.

        Had a room right across from the indoor pool. A large group went in at 10pm and began screaming nonstop and it sounded like someone was being murdered in there! Went to investigate and it was a flock of 20-30 middle school aged kids with parents nowhere to be found. Apparently they dont have quiet swim time after 10pm and this hotel and they dont close the pool until 11pm! We asked the front desk if they could ask the other guests to stop screaming non stop or to at least close the door to the pool and the front desk said if the parents in the pool want the door open then I cant ask them to close it. So apparently Im now not a guest also?? I paid too! Very unpleased with the service at this hotel and the policies.
