I visit my mother regularly who has lived there for 1.5 years. She is on dialysis, cancer survivor, mother of 4 and a heart of gold. She has had the same dog for over 9 years and had the dog since I lived at home. She was originally my dog and I named her- she is a chihuahua (which primarily all bark and have temper issues, but not aggressive). Apparently, with no written warning or witnesses, they are choosing to A.) evict her or B.) Have her remove her animal after the 4.5LB chihuahua nipped a staff members finger. Now- this staff member was courteously, delivering a package left at an apartment by mistake. States, the animal charged out the door and bit her Not just once, but now two total people from the office. The animal stays inside and the tenant was not provided any documentation. Staff member did not show any signs of pain or disgust. Now, why would a logical person place their hand in the face of a strange animal that charged, out of the house. She doesnt stand more than 6 off the ground Plus, if she been aggressive before (with no documentation provided), why would you interact with the animal? No medical attention was sought or a police report made. Now, my 62YO mother who fights like hell for me particularly and is my largest motivation in life is searching for a place to move and/or talking absurdly about no longer wanting to continue fighting. Im writing this review- as a business owner, as a man of God who would testify on her behalf, why? This story doesnt add up, she has staff members, nurses, family and no one has witnessed this dogs aggression. Ill buy a kennel for her, if the staff is frightful, of this animal, call and text before showing up and we will lock the animal up. This ESA and service animal is all my mother has- we can take steps to fix the situation (if there is even one), but how can we do that with no warning. My mother was inside and didnt even witness this, bite. Please reconsider this notice. Blessings to those who consider living here for a cost efficient housing situation, I know what it is like, but never lower yourself because you are scared of a corporate giant. Thank you.
