Roy was outstanding and very thorough. He went over every fine crack and cranny. Answered any and all questions. I would definitely use him again! I see where he gets his name Above and Beyond because thats what he does.

The inspection was just as their business name implies. Above , Beyond. and Professional. Scheduling and report had quick turn around time. Very thorough, with detailed report. Communication was excellent and made sure any questions were answered. I would highly recommend for all inspection needs! Pleasure to do business with.

Top notch professional in his field. The home inspection report was easy to understand, very detailed and compared to others we have had in the past we were very pleased with his report. The fee was slightly higher than some other quotes we obtained, but we feel it was money well spent. Guess you do get what you pay for! I'm glad we found Roy we are more than pleased!

Roy has been amazing and informative to both inspections we had him do for us. He is kind and considerate about us having small children and prioritizes the safety of our family. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
