Integrity Foundation Repair

I was trying to sell a house and discovered some crawl space issues regarding some elevation issues. The realtors got me in touch with Elton and his crew. Elton came out, inspected what needed to be done and gave me a detailed estimate of what needed to be required. I agreed to the estimate and gave the deadline that needed to be reached. They did it flawlessly and all parties were happy and property sold. I will call Elton and highly recommend him and his company for future work.

Please be warned, do not for any reason use Integrity Foundation of Fort Smith AR. They cut the electrical to my yard lights and left voids and sink holes on my property. Also the piers they added are protruding out of the ground creating trip hazards. They refuse to take any of my calls! Service: Exterior structural repairs

Edit: After posting this review they came to my house and repaired the issue. I still never heard anything from anyone and they completed the work without informing me. But they did correct the issue, so I am changing my review to give them some more stars. Do not use Integrity Foundation for any reason. They will be super attentive and responsive until they get your money, then they will do shoddy work and never return your calls. They installed French drains in our yard and after a few heavy rains, we noticed a hole forming by one of the drains that connects to the main pipe that drains to the road. They never connected the system to drain to the road so all the water pooled and the soil and gravel collapsed. Called Elton and he said someone would look at it and never heard anything. Called back the next week and was told they looked at it, even though my cameras never recorded anyone on my property. Elton said theyd be by that week to fix the issue. Two weeks go by and I never heard anything. So I called Elton again and he said theyd be by that week. Its been a month and no one ever showed up and now Elton wont respond to calls, voicemails, or emails.

Elton and his crew built a retaining wall / flower bed around the south and west porches of our house. They also built a walled, 2 car parking spot. They did excellent work. Very skilled and professional. I can't say enough about how happy we are with their work. I would highly recommend !!!!!!!!

Job was to replace railroad ties with pavers and have better water drainage, left job unfinished, said they would return, paid them and the never showed again, change the name of the business and their names home numbers!!! These are crooks and when you report them they change the business name and phones, Im living proof you will get scammed!!!! Be ware!!! Service: Exterior structural repairs
