      image I was done wrong by this agency by a tax prepare person named Cindy Martin. I had already been to a CPA to do my taxes and services were not rendered so I turned to H & R Block to clean up the mess. Cindy had to meet us at the office after hours on a Sunday and charged us $300 cash and did a hand written receipt. Since we had missed the E-File deadline, she promised she would mail all copies by certified mail. I spoke with all agencies both Oklahoma Tax Commision and IRS. Nothing was ever done. Ligitagation pending.
