Had appointment for 11 am for pedicure today with Lena and manicure with Alex. Was told by front guy to sit on pedicure chair. Say for 15 mins no one came to me. The last appointment I ended up here 2.5 hours so thats why I made appointment!!!!! When I asked who will be attending I was told Lena will come but I didnt see Lena anywhere. When I mwntines I made appointment one lady from front possibly owner said Alex doesnt work here any more so I said how come no one told me that instead of making me sit and I didnt want to be here 2.5 hours again. The lady was very rude and told me you can go somewhere else. That is the first time I came across this someone telling ek to go somewhere else no apologies nothing !!! I will never ever be back here again !!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Im glad theres plenty choices for nails.

I should have done this a long time ago! Ever since the first time I went to see Nancy Galaxy Nails and Spa. I've never wanted to go anywhere else. She is amazing as well as the rest of the nail technicians. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I asked for some French tips and the paint aint even covering my nail, the silver doesnt even go to the other side. I paid a lot of money plus I still tipped her for her time. Im super aggravated because I just wanted a relaxing day a good day and this just made me mad.
