Booked a room online when we get there we are told there where no rooms available. They went ahead and charged card anyways. Still trying to get that money back.

I would not recommend this motel you don't deserve the way their rooms are prepared. Lack of maintenance and mold present and broken windows and doors not secure will not issue a refund of my money when they shouldn't even be open in this building conditions. Entire room smells like fecies and urine will not give us anything to clean the room nor eliminate the odor or give us another room that isn't in this condition. They don't clean the rooms they have roaches and bed bugs. And sworms of flys in the rooms. Management is completely disrespectful and have a complete disregard for your safety and your health along with childrens healh. Building code will be filed against them. Hopefully the city cares more than these people they also own the red roof inn so I suppose same way of business over there as well being conducted.
