They dont asnwer their phones, been trying for several months, everytime im free and go up there its closed. no one calls back either, and the wait time is ridiculous from what ive heard by friends and family.

I started to feel sick the other day and decided that I needed to go see my PCP, Gina Hernandez. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me booked in within 20 minutes! The front desk staff were all nice & friendly. Gina and her staff did a fantastic job of treating me. After I finished my appointment, I was able to pickup my antibiotics at their in-house pharmacy within 5 minutes. This clinic did a great job at taking care of me. I know they get ragged on for not answering their phones on here, but I have never had any issues with getting through to the clinics. These guys really care and will do anything to help you.

honestly terrible service I have been calling for 4 days to make an appointment because I have my baby sick I try and try to make an appointment with doctor gina hernandez and secretaries or nurses she never answers the phone

Find somewhere else. Phones ring forever with no answer, when they do answer they say someone will call back and no one will, the staff isnt friendly in person or over the phone. I needed paperwork filled out for my infant for WIC and the paperwork was filled out wrong the first time, 2-3 weeks later they write a note for WIC and WIC wont accept it, 2-3 weeks later I finally get ahold of a nurse and she said shell get the doctor to fill out the paper work. NEVER HAPPENED GOT A NEW DOCTOR.
