Terrible experiences with Mercy. I've experienced several issues with scheduling and have wasted several house in transit only to arrive to on time to canceled appointments. Would not recommend.

The staff works hard, and it shows. That is the nursing staff. The ER physicians are hit and miss with if you will receive compassionate care or not. The billing department (I know most billing is from corporate in St. Louis) is best described a ruthless. As a former 15+ year employee, if an emergency occurs, I usually have to weigh it if it can wait for a drive to the metro area or if i need help immediately, more often than not, I go elsewhere and receive consistent, compassionate care. They need to have some serious behind the scenes meetings to regain a good reputation.

Medical staff in MRI was friendly and helpful. They helped me relax while having my MRI.
