As a young adult, I have had a lot of questions with being insured for the first time on my own, and a less than perfect driving record to go with it. Shasta is always just an email, call, or even text away! She explains everything so that I can understand it, and she does a lot of background research for me to make sure we are getting the best deal or making the right decisions. I am moving out of state (again) soon, and will be staying with Watkins after I make the trip to the west coast, they’re just that good to work with!

started off by switching my boat insurance to Watkins, ended up having them come out and quote my homeowners and auto policies. Auto was competitive and home was a twitch more expensive than what I was paying but the coverage was nearly double. Was a no brainer to switch. Tanner and Shasta are great

I just wanted to comment on what an awesome job Shasta does for the customers at Watkins Insurance Agency in Ardmore, OK.
Shasta is always there with an answer when we have a need or question, no matter what day of the week or time of the hour. Just being able to go to her with our needs anytime of the day makes us feel confident she is confident and compassionate about what she does for her customers.
Thank you Shasta, you are so awesome and I hope they treat and pay you well because you deserve it!!!
