        Comfort inns need to audit places using their name to attract customers. This was a shabby and poorly maintained hotel. Renovations were happening (not disclosed on Web site). Shower was moldy, furnishings shabby and breakfast was abysmal. Room was poorly cleaned with stains on window ledge and a random pill found on bathroom floor. Very poor representation of the brand and probably has turned me off using them in future.

        The meeting room was big,nice and the service was amazing. Front desk lady was sweet,understanding and patient. Will be back soon and highly recommend!

        I did not have a great experience. My husband went out there to work for 5 days and me and the kids joined him for 2 days. On the first night we asked for some spare blankets and the person working said they didn't have a key to the closet so we would have to wait. This lady was very sweet but when we asked the second day for spare blankets the man was very rude to us and said sorry can't help. Ask for the manager tomorrow. So we never got extra blankets. Then we were overcharged for bringing the dogs during the 2 days. The same man said sorry, can't help you. Just talk to the manager tomorrow. Lastly, I know for a fact we left something in the room and when we called about it the man on the phone was very dismissive and just said nope haven't seen anything. Didn't ask our room number or anything so I guess that item was just stolen or nobody is going to check the room....

        I have stayed at many hotels and many times have left something behind! Never has a staff of a hotel gone out of their way to help like Angie and also the manager did for me! You both were amazing not only did you save me time you saved me money! Thank you again! The rooms were clean and comfortable! The location was safe and secure! But best of all was the staff Angle and her manager we need more people like them in this world!
