Walked in lady asked if she could help. Had to repeat myself 3 times to explain what I was looking for. No big deal. Get back to what I was looking for and told her the one I wanted. She then tells me let me go back and see if we had the item. 15 minutes later. Still waiting where she left us. Come to find out she took it to the front and didnt even let us know they had it. Get up there to pay and they tell me I dont have the l inside track club membership which I do. She tells me you have to pay for it. Which I did 4 months ago. The lady is rude. Not the first time Ive been in there and she is rude. Checked when I got to the truck about membership and sure enough same number and email shows I have it. By this time Im upset and dont even wanna deal with them so I left.

The place was clean. The people were there to great me better than last time, showed me what I wanted and left me alone. It was perfect.
