image Hate to do this one , COUNT YOUR CHANGE AND YOUR RECIEPT !!
First couple times I wasn't sure , finally WAS SURE , CHANGE IS ALWAYS WRONG ,GOT ME SEVERAL TIMES , A DOLLAR OR 2 ,WENT BACK GOT IT A COUPLE TIMES , 5 , THEN , LAST TIME SHE GOT ME FOR 10$ !!!!
This type of service is why AI will put you out of a job !!!!

Ok, I spoke to the employee and the customer and reviewed the closed circuit camera footage from the transaction.. The customer was not shorted, video evidence proves that she paid with a $10 bill , not a $20 bill as she claimed. Also , to her claims that she was shortchanged "several" times, I find those claims to be highly unprobable . Seeing as we do 700 transactions per day, and NO other customer claims they were shortchanged in recent memory (years) ....it would be a statistical anomaly for the same person to be shortchanged on several visits, while 99.9% of the rest of our customers have had no issue. My family has run these stores for 51 years, and we have not stayed in business that long by ripping off customers. There is no need too.... We have a very strong and loyal customer base. We don't need to rip people off to stay in business. My grandfather taught me about shortchange scammers, who repeatedly ask to try and break larger bills into smaller out of the register, and then claim the cashier didn't do it right... (Claiming short changed) ....I believe that's what's happening here.... she is trying to frustrate the employee on small simple transactions by claiming she was short changed in order to pressure the cashier to give her extra money....this the scam. Our employees are TRAINED how to count change back, and it is enforced no matter how small or large the transaction is. I stand behind my employees and the work they do. I believe this person has an axe to grind against the store or it's owner and thus trying to smear our reputation by alleging these false claims. I offered the $5 in a token of good will, if she will stop the ridiculous allegations.... We admit no wrong doing, we just want her to go away. Don't shop with us if you feel you are constantly getting short changed.
