An absolutely amazing place to choose for the handling of your loved ones passing. They were phenomenal every step of the way in professionalism, patience, compassion, and understanding holding our hand through every aspect of the process during our extremely emotional time. I am very grateful for them, it was just above and beyond. Thank you.

We used Craddock Funeral Homes this past summer.  They were professional, understanding, and extremely patient in helping us through the loss of our Grandmother.  Melinda was the ultimate professional. She was possibly the one of the most helpful and accommodating people I have ever met.  She really went the extra mile for our family.  Their funeral home is beautiful, and staff is responsive.  Thank you to Melinda and everyone at Craddock for helping us fulfill our Grandmother's wishes.

My mother in law died on January 2,2022. We met with the funeral director the very next day and gave him the information he asked for except for one piece. It took us a couple of days to get it and wegave it to them immediately. We were hoping to get her death certificate in so we can get the death benefits we were entitled to. Nothing came during the 2 weeks they told us to wait so we contacted them and they wanted another piece of information. We gave it to them and waited another 2 weeks. Nothing. Comtacted them again and was told they needed her place of birth (which we gave them on day 1), so we gave it to them again. Waited again ajd nitjing.. Now as of this post we still uave no death certificate. The excuse now is they have to wait on a copy of her birth certificate so we can get the death certificate. I would not use them at all. My family is on yhe verge of losing everything because of them and they won't do anything to make it right. Worst people ever!!!!
