Horrible customer service. I ordered flowers online not knowing a local florist would fulfill the order. However what I ordered was no where near what I received. I called Garys Flowers to remedy the situation and the gentleman on the phone was inexcusably rude then hung up on me. Then when we called back, he kept on yelling about how we should have ordered locally and not online and he kept claiming he refused the order. My question is if you have problem with online orders why do you take them? I understand that I should order locally and I will from now on. HOWEVER, I will NEVER give my business to this man and his nasty attitude.
