        Update: Because I am fair and give a second chance. This experience was even worse! Have never been in a Freddy's that didn't serve Freddy's sauce!;Franchise needs to be pulled as they are ruining the chain appeal. Love this chain, but this shop is not being run correctly.

        Normally I love Freddys but the one I went to in Ardmore, OK about a week ago was subpar. They were out of chocolate frozen custard, the dinning room wasnt really clean, and the worse part was the burger. My two patties were as though when they went to transfer from the grill to the bun, they didnt fully get underneath the patty and sheared off the bottom half. Honestly if this was my first time I would never go back to another one. But luckily I know what they are supposed to be like and will continue to go, just not in Ardmore.

        First time eating here. Great burgers and fries, but the wait was long. 20 minutes waiting for our order is a little long for a restaurant that was not busy. They may have been short staffed. I would recommend eating here for good food at a reasonable price.
