What's your reasoning for this 1star review? You've only got parts and 1block worth of machine work from us & was treated with respect like the rest of our customers. Did you ask for a crank clearance program to be ran on the block? If not then that's something that is out of our hands, 2ndly if the sleeves are in an aluminum block then they are left above the deck a few thousandths for multiple reasons. If its in a cast iron block then they aren't left above the deck and actually sit on a lip on the bottom of the cylinder thats machined into the block to hold the sleeve from dropping. Those sleeves are pressed in and let set over night with press on them so they can settle and then surfaced afterwards. I can guarantee sleeves didn't settle if its a cast iron block. Also all blocks are surfaced on a 4th axis CNC Machine that's checked every month for accuracy and so we know its a true 45 degree angle and within a thousandth front to back of the block. If the assembler doesn't understand what all needs to be done with different strokes for your rod bolt clearance then we would recommend a shop that knows the entire procedure. Also I see you bought vulcan cut ring head gaskets. So if you have water leaking issues then its not from the machine work process. We didn't do any head surfacing we see so id look on that side of the job. Thanks for the clarity of what's going on and hope this helps you find your issue.
