        I've been trying to get on with this company for over a year now. it seems like after seeing an application that many times you might consider hiring that person. I put good reference numbers, but I don't think they really care about hiring good employees. I even asked to speak directly to the hiring manager and was turned away with a different subject. At this point I'm starting to think I have a discrimination case.
