How come my cash was automatically put on my books when I first went to jail and I was not given a PIN number? And as I was leaving jail the next day they told me they put my cash on my books but the lady who takes care of the issue was not there, and this was on a Thursday around 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.? And who do I talk to about getting paid for the cash that was taken out of my wallet and how long do I have?

Intention violations of inmate civil rights, denial of medical attention, violation of state and federal nutrition standards for inmates, violation of distribution of medicine to inmates not being given by a certified Med Aid and crushing medicine so they don't know what they are taking is a violation of medicine distribution, feeding inmates food from the food bank outdated chicken dated 6/2021, undercooked food, rotten salad and vegetables. Failure to provide medical attention for serious health issues. Violation of state standard to provide inmates with outdoor recreation-one time in almost 9 months.
I have only been outside of this jail except when I worked probation and parole. But Carter County Jail has corrupt system. But my husband has been here for almost 9 months waiting to be transported to OKDOC. Only reason they hold the transports back is the funding they receive for each one that is being sent to OKDOC per inmate. My understanding there is 36 waiting for transport as of today.
