Needed a Cashiers check and there system was supposedly down, but the couldnt tell me if it was just there branch or all BOW locations. When I asked if they could call and find out they rolled their eyes and shook their heads like it was too much of a bother. Horribly RUDE tellers and manager. Dont have a clue how to assist patrons. I have been a BOW customer since 2000. I am going to withdraw all my $ and close my account due to the terrible service.

Bank of the West corporate is miserable. They made a bank error and it ended up hurting my credit. Ill never do business with Bank of the West again.

Its all over social media that they charge $9 to cash a check thats was made out to them from that bank specific bank! A customer uses them and wrote out a check for the work that had been done only to take $9 from the person cashing it. I know not to go there since there was several comments saying they will never go back because of that! Add me to that list!
