      • A Chance

        I had HR block of alva do our 2020 taxes. We had the senior accountant susan white do them. They made a $3,700 error! She even had 2019 taxes done by hr block as a temp plate next to her. If our usual hr block rep hadn't needed to look at the previous year for our 2021 taxes, we would have NEVER known! So, thankfully and hopefully we will be recieved our amended refund in 16-18 weeks. I honestly think they should also refund the $291 they had charged to do the taxes in the first place.

        They never submitted or filed my 2020 tax return (it was paid, they didnt do their job). I paid 400$ to my accountant and they were never filed/submitted to the IRS. The receptionist (who refers to herself as mrs. Thomas)was BELITTLING and so rude to me when I expressed my frustrations that I now am at the mercy of the IRS penalizing me for filing late (and my expectations to be refunded the 400$ service fee). I have all paper trails proving that hr block DID NOT DO THEIR JOB and then went to be so impolite to me as their PAYING customer. I am a small buisness owener WORKING MOTHER of 2 children, and am just so appalled by hr blocks handling of this matter. I am truly at a loss for words.
