      I was never rude to anyone, and I asked both of yall multiple times if that is exactly want you wanted, I also explained that you can not just put a layer on the sides, that layers have to be put throughout the hair and you both informed me that that is not allowed so I trimmed your bangs as asked. I have never been rude to anyone, I gave my professional opinion to both and did exactly what you both asked me to do...God bless.
