Very rude owner that answers phone. Unit on the wall keeps beeping. Tells me to check the service box, can't find it any where in the house. Might be up in the attic. To old to be getting in the attic, would charge me $130 to send a tech out to fix the problem. The worst security system ever. DO NOT USE THEM EVER.

Very poorly run business. They are content to take your money even if your security system isn't connected or working. They also won't call you back. I had to call 5 times for over a month to get ahold of someone.

DO. NOT. USE. THEM! I wish I could give zero stars or even negative stars. don't even know where to start. Me and my husband and my parents both used their services. At first they were great. After my father passed and I began helping my mother with bills I found out her system wasn't even being monitored. Their excuse was it needed an upgrade, but no one told us. So my elderly mother was out in the country by herself thinking she had a security system. We did the upgrade after several hundred dollars. Fast forward a year, we realized the house was too much for her and decided to move and sell our farm of 30 years. The month before her move, which was sudden, her contract expired and the contract for over $300 was renewed on her credit card. After her move I called to cancel her service and transfer her to her new home. There was no transferring and it would cost over $1000 to get her set up. I asked if we could get a refund of the 11 months we obviously won't be needing and they dragged their feet. Didn't return calls...emails...I asked to speak to the manager and she never called...I kept calling...finally got in touch with her...she said she would "check with the owner" but never called back. I called again and she wouldn't call me back. When I did call I spoke to James and he acted like he didn't know who I was and I had to start over with every call. He would cut me off and raise his voice with me. I asked to speak to the owner and was refused. I asked for a copy of her contract and after 2 months they finally mailed me one because they couldn't email me one because their scanner was broken. In the contract it said no where she couldn't get a refund. So it looks like my mother who has a fixed income will never get her 11 months back she won't use. But I will tell you this, I will NEVER use them and neither will she. I know a lot of people and often get ask what system we use. I highly recommend ADT.

Hands down one of the worst small businesses Ive ever encountered. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. The customer service is terrible. The lack of communication, follow up, organization. I would actually go without home security before I would hire this company. I switched one of my properties to Vivint to try them out instead 3 months ago and it has been so much better. Plus, prices of US Alert are very high as well. I feel bad, but I need to be honest with future customers about my experience. Ive been getting billed for months of service with a defective system and was reassured it would be handled by the receptionist (who was extremely rude) and it still hadnt been. Very unfortunate and untrustworthy people. Stay away
