Nicole the woman answering the phone for your business was very unprofessional and rude to my friend and I each time we called. She laughed at us at least two times (once to her and once to me) when we asked questions. She was very demeaning and talked down to us like we were stupid. She was unclear on when service would be provided and we would have understood if it was explained to us. So we have went with Dependable. After being on the list Nicole put us on For almost an hour we never received a phone call. After calling Dependable and being on their list (they told us same day) for less than 10 minutes a contractor called saying he would be here within 10-20 minutes. He was very courteous and nice on the phone.

Very satisfied with the work done by Ricky at Advanced! The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. It was a long job (my heater went out in the middle of the snow storm) and Ricky refused to leave me without heat despite the job taking nearly all day. Thank you again!

Tyler has knowlege and expertise as he was able to repair my heating unit which is old and the safety had been compromised by the last repairman who never returned. My unit is now safe and ready for use. Thank you
