Horrible experience. I was waiting at the counter, and the woman who walked up didnt greet me at all. In fact she didnt speak a single word. So I started by saying I just have a package I need shipped. She still said nothing. So I proceeded heres my shipping label. She just sighs. I was using a box of my own and was planning on paying a fee to have my box taped up real well so it wouldnt come open. She looks at my box, which hasnt been taped yet and says your box is gonna come open, is that what you want?? To which I respond no, of course thats not what I want, I was planning on paying whatever fee you charge to have my box taped up real well. She responds thats not how that works. At this point Im over it and am about to just take my package somewhere else. But then she just says fine and begins aggressively taping my label to the top of my box, literally sighing the whole time. And then proceeds to put a SINGLE piece of tape on the flap of my box to keep it closed and said there. Youre done. And walked away. She must have been in a bad mood, but this is no way to treat a customer. I wont be returning to this post office ever again.
