        When you walk in to check in at the front desk and the lady working behind the desk has her phone/radio playing...it is disrespectful...not everyone wants to hear your music...not at the work place.

        My husband went to the Healthplex TWICE to get blood tests done. Neither time did our doctor ever get a test result. Then when he contacted the Healthplex about the test results, they had no record of either blood test. We had to go to the Pavilion to get it taken care of. So what are they doing with my husband's blood samples at the Healthplex? Tossing it in the garbage? Someone needs to clean house and one or more deserve to have their license revoked.
