12 years ago I trusted Kyle to handle the purchase of my home. When it came time to say goodbye and purchase a new home it was an easy choice to hit redial. Unprofessional and rude interaction a couple months ago. After a brief description of my situation, I was transferred to Kyle. I could tell from when I started talking to Kyle that this wasnt going to work out. He expressed no enthusiasm or kindness about the fact that I had sought him out for his business - not the other way around. I continued with the call hoping it would turn around, but definitely felt like I was bothering him the whole time and felt as if hed never, ever in all his years working in the business encountered someone looking for a mortgage on a somewhat short timeline. After taking a lot of my personal information, he said hed follow up with me and talk about qualification. He never did. Now who knows what he will do with all that info he gathered. Maybe sell it? Doesnt matter. I found one of his direct competitors who was helpful and kind, and they won the $400k+ mortgage I took out.
