        Do not buy or rent a trailer from this place. They do not own them or have a title for a single trailer. They bout to get sued

        This place was a nice place to live put now they are making it where no one be able to liver here that are buying their home. I been here for 7 years and they are raising the lot rent 10% and they are not think we have a lot of older people in here and I hope they can get this place clean up and look a lot better in here. And it use to be quite but now it not.

        They don't work with people that get paid bi weekly so if your rent isn't paid by the 5th they tack on alot of late fees. I wouldn't recommend renting from them. They are very rude also.
