        I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment here as a new patient. I filled out all of the necessary paperwork and had it back to them the following day (through email). The receptionist said they would review everything and call me to set up an appointment. I gave it 3 days, Wednesday through Friday an waited until Monday afternoon to call and follow up. I was told the same thing Monday that I was told on Wednesday, that someone would review my paperwork and I'd get a call to set an appointment. It is now Thursday afternoon, 8 days after submitting all the required documents, and they still have not contacted me. Very disappointing since the reviews others gave were so good. In response to the reply: I completely understood the process. I informed the receptionist each time I called that I had not been seen by a doctor in over 10 years, and there were no records to be obtained.

      We are sorry that you're having difficulty getting an appointment with us as a new patient; however, I think you may have misunderstood our process. Below is our process:1. You will complete a new patient packet. This includes providing us a copy of your drivers license and insurance card.2. We will then request records from your last primary care provider and any specialist that you currently see. 3. Once we receive records from all of your providers, our nurses will enter this information into our medical records system.4. Once your records are entered, you will be called for a new patient appointment.Please feel free to ask to speak to the office manager, should you have any questions about our process. Please also understand that sometimes it takes your previous provider and or your specialist up to 30 days to provide us records. Unfortunately, that part of this process is out of our hands. We do reach out to them every three days to remind them of our request.We appreciate your patience in this transition!
