Kristopher Hill was my attorney. We had months to prepare and he used almost none of it. I had an appointment to present evidence to him and he blew me off. I hired a traffic in investigator and we accumulated evidence. He never contacted her about it or joining the defense. When we went to court he didnt call all my witnesses and did an absolutely horrible job on cross examination. None of the sizable cache of evidence was given to the prosecutor for trial admission so therefore when we were before the judge none of it could be used. He spent most of the trial watching the clock and as
Soon as the verdict was read he couldnt get out of the building fast enough, pausing long enough to tell me I shouldnt appeal and none of the evidence i brought could be admitted on appeal.

Josh Graham is the best! He got me my SSI and kept me informed on everything that I needed to know. I missed my hearing date and he was able to reschedule another hearing for me. I highly recommend him
