If you are looking for an insurance company, I would highly caution you with going with Cincinnati Insurance Company. I ,as a roofing contractor, just experienced what a homeowner had to go through with this company. A lot of wind damage was done to a number of buildings, and we had Christopher Wolfe as an adjuster. He was very friendly but made sure that the homeowner didn't get the coverage needed. Basically the homeowner was given just enough money to do about half of what needed to be done according to Ohio law and was forced to mismatch shingles and they wanted to make him do patchwork on his roof, which they told me they don't cover anything if it was patched. This means the next time this homeowner has a claim, he won't be covered because it was patched. I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this company as I wasn't the only one this has happened to.
