        If you want a doctor that treats your medical problems, this is not the doctor for you. Dr. Guan seems very knowledgeable during appointments and presents treatment plans that sound reasonable. However, in reality, she continually forgets to call in prescriptions and referrals for testing, thus rendering appointments a waste of time, and has done virtually nothing to help any of my medical conditions. If I could rate Dr. Guan zero stars, I would. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

        I would talk and she seemed to be listening. She never addressed any of my issues. Keep getting worse, had to find another Doctor. My new Doctor addressed my issues and am feeling much better. Couldn't recommend Dr.Guan to anyone .
