        Alpha Dental Zanesville is a great office! The staff (Assistants, front desk, and Doctor) were all super kind and caring. They took me and my son in early as we were the first patients to arrive that day. Kayla the front desk and Assistant was very friendly and helpful. I had some previous dental anxiety. They knew this and was very considerate the whole time. The one Assistant Aubrey was amazing. From my x-rays and follow up treatment with the doctor. She was very help. Dr. Hem was very knowledgeable and went over all my treatment in a way that I would understand. If you are looking for an office with a good vibe, good music, and amazing staff. This is it !!!

        This place was absolutely horrible. They take forever to do anything at all. And all "private" calls were put on speaker. I had an appointment at a certain time and they didn't get me back until an hour after the scheduled time even when I showed up early.

        Great just waiting to see if I can get put under to get these 6 teeth taken out. Gotta wait on the insurance. But was a great visit.
