7 Brew Coffee

I'm all for loud music....but not when it's Beyonce at 7am....or even 7pm. What's worse is being the only car in line, making a stop before work... then getting stuck sitting there watching the Employees Do the stanky leg for an entire 3 min. and laughing than making my coffee so I can get to my job. Thissssss has made me stop coming on a regular. Now, I'll only go through the line, if the music isn't ridiculous and it appears the staff is doing more work than play.

We just drove through and asked the young lady what the blue energy drink was on the menu. She told us Blue Lagoon. Hesitant because that was not the name listed under the Energy portion we said okay, she works here and knows what shes talking about. As she prepares to bring us our drinks, the drink in hand looks nothing like we asked for. I look at the menu in more detail and ask if shes sure its the Blue Lagoon and that we would like the frozen blue energy drink. We asked if they could make us the drink specifically requested. She takes the blue lagoon back and then comes out to tell us they will not remake it just because we ordered it wrong and that well have to pay for the other one too. Bad business practice. Make sure your employees are educated on the beverages & food they are serving. We didnt make a big deal out of it but after leaving I realized its about the principle. 7brew excepted their customer to pay additional money for their employees mistake. Disappointed is an understatement.
