        I can say I have enjoyed my last few visits at the maple avenue metro store. Was welcomed when I walked in the store and had no problems . Unlike in the past. All I can say is the customer service is a 10/10 and with a great SMILE.. Thank you..

        Haven't been able to get consistent service and was told to upgrade to an iphone 12-13 for me to be able to receive or make calls. Constantly dropping calls and barely even gets LTE but I pay for 5g I was told their engineer team is working on all local ohio towers. Lost my business. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Wouldn't recommend them. Constant lies and no resolution, trying to start a petition to sue. Got about 10 names across so far as well as fcc and BBB reports done.
