As a shop manager for a large fleet of trucks, I come across many salesman from various vendors. Josh Kriebel from FYDA Freightliner is at the top of that list when it comes to customer service, humility, and morals. He goes out of his way to ensure that we have a smooth and easy experience when it comes to our parts sales. He is also just a great guy, with strong morals and ethics that we all should use as an example in this field. He deserves to be recognized for his efforts, as he goes above and beyond to make every transaction important and personal, no matter how large or small that it is.

Josh Kriebel is one of the best part suppliers there is. Even though Fyda has a Superman team of sales and associates Josh has continued to go above and beyond the call of duty for everyone he knows in and out of work. These traits do not go unnoticed. I feel confident that when i need something they all work together at fyda to get it done and appreciate all of there team efforts.

The parts department was great. I like the hours as well. The service department on the other hand was the total opposite. They don't even know what repairs they did to my truck. Lied about what it needed saying the clutch was bad do to oil leaking on it. They didn't even know they had just recently replaced the clutch. I declined the repairs and took the truck home and pulled the transmission myself to inspect it along with the clutch as well. What I already knew was confirmed. The clutch was in nearly new condition and dry as a bone. No oil leaking on it whatsoever not to mention they broke my clutch fork shaft when replacing the clutch and added the price to the job after they quoted me claiming it was an unforseen problem. I have been wrenching for years(doing mechanic work) and know there is no such thing as an unforseen problem when you're doing that type of work. A decent repair person will know and inform you ahead of time about every possible scenario that can come out of the work being performed. There is no way the service department will run into a problem they weren't aware could arise unless they are incompetent. Service was a great disappointment but typical of a heavy truck dealership. It is sad how much they lie.
