Morris Drain Service, LLC

Called Morris Drain Service Monday and scheduled appointment to have cess pool drained. They scheduled me for Tuesday (next day). Eric called before coming. He was very polite - easy to talk too and drained the cess pool completely. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very impressed! Tim n Don called letting us know they were on the way and were ready to work when they arrived (on time). They were very professional, knowledgeable n answered all our questions n what we were concerned about. I just had my septic pumped out and inspected. I was very happy with the service. Don was very professional, informative, and overall a very nice guy. I'll definitely be calling them in the future.

Morris Drain is a stellar company from top to bottom. I have been using them for 21 years and have always been extremely happy with their courteous and professional service. I really can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Poooooooor service!!!!! I haven't the slightest idea HOW this company is still in buisness with the poor "service" the technicians offer. First off they were informed to call before showing up to the property as everyone in the household WORKS FOR A LIVING. They DID NOT follow directions. Then showed up unannounced and placed a sticker in my door window. Which was a bear to remove. Why in the world would a company have stickers that are almost impossible to remove. I had to remove it with a razor. The tech showed up a few days later, calling me at 7am. Then showed up 20 minutes later. Did their job and left. Before leaving, the technician, informed me it was my job to to tell the landlord to "rethink the drain" without getting into any clienil. Then just left... Just like that.. Up and out. That man shouldn't have a job. If you are that miserable maybe do NOT work with the public. I've read all the reviews both on google and Angis, I equally couldn't believe the shear amount of excuses the "owner" was making in response to the clients negative experiences. Class act guys.. What a bunch of gems!! NOOOOOOOOT!!! Don't waste your time guys. There are better more professional and personable technicians/reps With a better owner experience!
